2.) Title Deeds or lease with a minimum of five years.

- ZERA license
- FIRE license
- Civil Works
- Insurance
- Product
- Marketing expenses
- Security deposit for equipment
- EMA License

- Targeted Market
- Capacity
- Marketing Strategy
